This is our strategic roadmap and planning deep dive session (including the onboarding questionnaire). Without this, we won’t know what needs our immediate attention and what can be put on the back burner for a second!

Based on the most pressing issues, I’ll give you an estimate of the hours that we probably need. This recommendation will include all the “doing,” as well as full documentation, so you’ll know what I did and how I did it!

Book Your Hours
Choose the hourly package that suits your needs and wallet and pay through Stripe. The links will be included in your Recommendations Document. You’ll get a confirmation invoice from Stripe when your payment clears (this could take up to 14 days, depending on your payment method).
(There isn’t a contract for hourly work, so don’t look for one!)

Service Scope
Anything you’d offload to a regular OBM can fit into these sessions. Think project management, setting up a new nurture sequence in ConvertKit, creating a workflow in Notion, fine-tuning Zapier automations, whipping up SOPs that actually work, building out a client workflow using multiple platforms and automations, or tackling a pesky process that’s just not doing what it should!

Booking and Flexibility
You can pick from 5-20 hours, based on your “to-do” list. This will depend on the complexity of the “thing/s” you want support with, as well as how many there are. If you have a lot of things, you might want to book 20 hours, if you only have one or two smaller projects, then 5 hours might be best.
Working on something mission-critical? Let me know your deadline, and we’ll make it work! Just bear in mind that if you have a hefty project and buy 20 hours, we’ll need to make sure these hours are spread over a couple of days. 20 hours in a day or to, probably won’t work – for either of us!

Book your hours, and boom, you’re in my Slack workspace via Slack Connect. No more messy email chains—let’s keep comms snappy, with DMs, links, docs, and, of course, giphy all in one spot. Slack is easy, fast, and you likely already have it. If it ain’t broke – don’t fix it.
Post Service Support
When our gig wraps up, you’re still in Slack for any questions—because who enjoys switching from Slack to email anyway? Let’s keep everything together, eh? Need more help down the line? Let’s chat about snagging additional hours.
This is not an upsell, and this is the only time I’ll mention this: you can hire me as a contract OBM on retainer, with rates starting from $1500 a month for 20 hours, with a minimum 3-month commitment. This is here to let you know it’s an option, but I won’t mention it again unless you bring it up. This isn’t a sales trap!
Customization and Timeframe
We’ll tackle what bothers you most, from quick wins to big projects, in your preferred order. (Think: tasks, projects, automations, systems, processes, or workflows). Your preferred order could be based on your highest ROI or your biggest headaches!
If we’re working on a single project, it might make more sense for both of us to have specific hours on specific days available to maximize effectiveness, e.g., on Wednesday, we might book 2.5 hours and the same on Thursday. This makes sure we both know the dedicated time, and it gives me time to deep dive and get stuck in and get your work sorted.
Payment and Cancellations
My hourly packages can be purchased for 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours, and my payment processor is Stripe. We’ll discuss on Slack the dates and times that work for both of us to implement these hours.
To be clear, you’re not expected to be at your desk while I’m at mine; just stay reachable on Slack, and if changes are needed, give me a 24-hour heads-up. I’ll do my best to make new arrangements work smoothly.
