How Much Will It Cost?

In my experience, this works best:

Month 1

$2500

During this first month, we'll dedicate 15 hours* in weeks 1 and 2, then 10 hours in weeks 3 and 4.
Totaling 50 hours.

Months 2-3

$2000

In month 2 we'll drop down to 10 hours a week, and use that as a benchmark for hours in month 3.**
Totaling 40 hours.

Month 4 >

Based on the number of hours we've consistently used in the first few months, alongside your needs and budget, we'll decide on an ongoing retainer hourly package moving forward.

* Because this is the first 2 weeks of our engagement, there will likely be a lot of research and fact finding during these weeks. This is why we always allow extra hours in the first month.
** Hours worked over the agreed retainer will be charged in the next invoice.

Invoices are sent in advance to secure your hours. You will be invoiced on the same day every month if we start on the 15th, your invoices will arrive on the 15th going forward.

When we get to the end of our first 3 months, we can take a look at how many hours you're consistently using, alongside your needs and budget, as well as my availability, and decide on an hours plan for the next quarter.

Contract & invoice Time!
Review the contract, and when you're happy, sign it and ping it back to me. Upon signing, you’ll get your first invoice for $2500. Once payment is received, I'll get started #NotExcited.

Slack is where it’s at! If you need help setting it up, I’m your girl. You will then share passwords via LastPass (or BitWarden, Proton Pass, or 1Password). You’ll then add me to any project management software and Google Drive folders.
