How Much Will It Cost?
In my experience, this works best:
Month 1
$1920
During this first month, we’ll dedicate 16 hours* in weeks 1 and 2, then 8 hours in weeks 3 and 4.
Totaling 48 hours.
Months 2-3
$1280
In month 2 we’ll drop down to 8 hours a week, and use that as a benchmark for hours in month 3.**
Totaling 32 hours.
Month 4 +
Based on the number of hours we’ve consistently used in the first few months, alongside your needs and budget, we’ll decide on an ongoing retainer hourly package moving forward.
* Because this is the first 2 weeks of our engagement, there will likely be a lot of research and fact finding during these weeks. This is why we always allow extra hours in the first month.
** Hours worked over 32 will be charged in arrears in the next invoice.
Invoices are sent in advance to secure your hours. You will be invoiced on the same day every month if we start on the 15th, your invoices will arrive on the 15th going forward.
When we get to the end of our first 3 months, we can take a look at how many hours you’re consistently using, alongside your needs and budget, as well as my availability, and decide on an hours plan for the next quarter.

We'll start with a one-hour Zoom chat where we'll review your business needs and set clear priorities. This is our chance to map out the road ahead. You'll also get a recording of our session to revisit any time.

Review the contract, and when you're happy, sign it and ping it back to me.
Upon signing, you’ll get your first invoice for $1920. Once payment is received, I'll get started #NotExcited.

Slack is where it’s at! If you need help setting it up, I’m your girl. You will then share passwords via LastPass (or BitWarden, Proton Pass, or 1Password). You’ll then add me to any project management software and Google Drive folders.

What's included in the OBM Retainer?
Everything from strategic planning and project management to social media and ops. It’s all tailored to fit what your business needs.
What's the onboarding process?
Once the paperwork’s done and you’ve paid the first month’s invoice in advance, it’s all about plugging me into your systems (sharing passwords, adding me to project management software and all the juicy things). I can even help you introduce my role to your team if you have one.
Who benefits most from my service?

How do we measure success?
Through clear KPIs (if they’re your thing) and regular progress reports, we both see and celebrate the wins.
How do we handle communication?
Slack is our go-to for keeping everything organized and aligned. Simple and effective!
Weekly or twice-monthly update meetings, as well as quarterly strategy sessions, via Zoom.
Invoices and weekly time updates will be emailed, but other than that, it’s Slack all the way!

Absolutely! Regular check-ins mean we’re always in sync and ready to tweak strategies as your goals evolve.
How will I know how my time is being used?
Toggl is used to track hours and send weekly updates.
What's the invoice & payment process?
Invoices are sent on the same day each month. This invoice includes the upcoming month’s hours as well as any additional hours used (over contracted hours last month). I prefer payment via Wise.
