what's the booking process?

Click on the link on this page to book your session and pay through Stripe
Check your inbox for a calendar confirmation email as well as an email with the questionnaire link attached
Fill the questionnaire out and send it back to me (submit) at least 24 hours before we meet (to give me a chance to do some digging). Give me as much detail as you can, you can always email me with more information.
Turn up on Zoom for our meeting, prepared to get shit done (make sure you have Zoom on your computer and that it’s up to date)
Check your inbox after 24 hours (business days) for the recording of our meeting, transcript and next steps report.

What is included in the 90-minute session?

We’ll meet up on Zoom and get to work on your most pressing problem. As our meeting is 90 minutes, we might only be able to tackle one problem you’re having, so pick the one with the highest ROI for your business (or the one that’s giving you the biggest headache).

How do I prepare for my session?

Once you’ve booked and paid for your session, you’ll receive an email with a link to a questionnaire. Fill it out as best you can and submit it to send it to me. You can always email me as well.

What happens after the session? Will I receive a summary or follow-up?

Our call will be recorded and transcribed, and you’ll get these within 48 hours in case you need to refer back to them again. I’ll also provide you a report of everything we did or planned on our call, so you know what your next steps are. This isn’t some fancy PDF that you have to extract all the tasks, this is a shared Google Doc so you can take action straight away (you can even share it with your VA if you have one).

Can I book multiple sessions if needed?

Of course! If you need quick support on a couple of things, book more sessions. However, you can hire me for a week for $1500 (up to 20 hours), which might make more financial sense if you have a number of things you need a hand with!

What payment methods do you accept?

My payment processor is Stripe. This is attached to the session booking. There are no hidden fees or taxes.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, you can do that inside the invitation that’s probably in your email inbox. If you need to cancel your session and require a refund, please email me and we can sort that out!

Do you offer any discounts or packages for ongoing sessions?

As I said above, hiring me for a project might make more financial sense to you. All Up In Your Business is $1500 for 20 hours. This is generally used within a week, but can be spread over a month, depending on what you need and how quickly you need it.

If you decide you want an ongoing commitment with me, I offer monthly operations engagements, starting from $2000 a month (think fractional DOO/COO but less stuffy and more kick-ass!).

In what ways can you assist my specific business type?

While each business is different, business needs are pretty standard. We all want more money, more accessible systems, and working automations. While I may not have experience in your specific business, the underlying principles, systems, and processes apply to wide and varied businesses.

What’s your email policy?

Emails are directed straight to me. I don’t have an assistant handling them, so you’re in direct contact! I aim to reply to emails within 24-48 hours during business hours, based in PST, 0800-1600.
